Our Approach

Individual 1:1 sessions

Confidential 1 hour sessions (normally online) for the people in your team. This is space for you to talk about WHATEVER is going on for you. We believe that if your team has space to explore what life is like for them, then their work life will be better too. 

Group sessions

One off, or periodic Team sessions facilitated and designed to help you understand the relationships and dynamics in your team. 

Focus is on reflective practice and what is happening between team members 

1:1 sessions plus group sessions

A program of 1:1 sessions for individuals within a team (you can decide how many), combined with 1 or more sessions for the whole team to come together.
